How to apply for cancellation / replacement

Cancellation case

1. You can request cancellation after payment has been made. And if at that time, the goods have not been shipped. Your cancellation request will be approved and you will receive a refund. But if the seller has shipped. Cancellation requests may be rejected.

Replacement case

1. Apply for replacement immediately or within 24 calendar days of receipt.

2. The buyer inquires the consent of the seller first. And send photos. And Order Details

3. The buyer returns the item back to the seller. The seller receives the goods and inspects the returned goods.

4. The seller shipped a new set to the buyer. And when the buyer receives the goods, it is considered to have finished the replacement.

Case of customer order But not paid

     In case of customer order But no payment within 48 hours. The order will be canceled.
